Condition -
A numerical value from 0 to 10 has been
most commonly used to define a products condition. The chart
below is used to assist in determining the value on
less-than-mint-condition toys. Note that mint condition
denotes a model with no wear, no chips, no flaws. Models in a
sealed blister-pack, for example, may sometimes have wear from
rubbing on the insides of the plastic blister and are therefore
considered less-than-mint condition. Products still in the package
should not automatically be considered in mint condition.
