Store Policies:

Shipping: TNT Diecasts preferred shipment method is United states Postal Service. Orders will be shipped First class mail or Priority mail. 

International Shipping Terms: International orders ship United States Postal Service. You have the choice of ground or Air Mail, we do recommend Air Mail. Customs forms Must be marked as "merchandise".  International customers are charged actual freight cost, no mark up or handling fees apply. Our web site is not currently set up to calculate  international shipping charges so contact us for a quote.

Billing/Payment: When you are checking out you will be prompted to choose a payment method we have set up 2 choices for your convenience.  We proudly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express Discover & e-Checks through PayPal, And  a PayPal account or bank funds transfer. We also offer the option to mail a money order cashiers or bank check payment. Credit card payments are processed on PayPal's secured server.  Our PayPal payment account is billing@tntdiecast.com 

Pre-Orders: TNT diecast offers pre-orders for products we have on order  that are not in stock yet. Preorders are for pre-release products due out at a future date. Secure availability of new products due out by placing your order today !  The product description will indicate if it is a preorder item. Pre-orders must be paid for in advance.

Special Orders: Special orders must be paid for in advance. Special orders are for complete sets & case quantities only, no single units. If there is a complete set that your looking for that is not listed in our store please enquire we will check availability for you. Please note that special orders may take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Absolutely no returns on special orders.

Case Quantities: We can special order case quantities of anything in our product line.

Customer Pick-up: Local customer pick-up service available.

Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. Shipments returned without prior approval will be refused and no refund will be issued. There are  no returns on pre-orders, special orders & factory sealed cases.

Warranties: No warranties are expressed or implied by TNT Diecast. Please contact the specific manufacturer for the manufacturers warranty information.
